In September of 2020 Converge One was pleased to have Critical Asset Recovery as a subcontracting team member for the Joint Base Lewis McCord and Yakima Training Center Nortel Demolition and Removal Project.
This project included full depth decommission and removal of Legacy Telecomm equipment including Batteries, servers, jump wires. Etc. etc. etc. The project area encompassed over 21 buildings spanning over there geographically different locations. Many of these buildings were considered government classified processing areas, meaning Critical Asset Recovery teams were working around the schedules and real-world events our DOD deals with daily.  Â
Critical Asset Recovery was able to meet our budget for the demolition portion of the project. The project was pushed out by client and last minute fast tracked and had to be completed in approximately two months which included several mobilizations etc. Due to COVID and multiple military events, Critical Assets Recovery team had to deal with a fast-changing environment. At times the government wasn’t ready, and other times the government was unable to power down critical systems to allow power disconnects to happen.  Despite what seems like daily challenges, the project was completed on time with a very happy end customer.
Since this property is part of the US Government, Critical Asset Recovery’s professionalism and quality were closely scrutinized by many levels of oversight from the project design team, C1 team Project management Team, as well as the US government. and Project Management. I am happy to say that CAR exceeded everyone's expectations and really helped to make this project a success.
I want to stress that not only did Critical Asset Recovery delivery a quality effort, but the management I dealt with was very easy to work with, this was critical to the success we enjoyed on this project. If this project is a typical example of Critical Asset Recovery’s customer service, attention to detail, and overall client satisfaction then you too will be pleased to have them as part of your team.Â

Yes! happy to have more floor space. As for the Critical Asset Recovery team, I wanted to give some feedback. They were terrific and thorough. Made sure that we were happy with the results and came to get the job done. Appreciate them being willing to go around with us and work around and campus issues due to orientation. We had to double back to a few locations just due to the congestion on campus at the time, but ultimately, we got back to those areas when we could. They worked very hard, and I would highly recommend them in the future. In fact, we might even have future work we might want their assistance with.
Sincerely,
